Rana is recuperating from kidney ailment. The actor is travelling in the US and is trying to get back to work. He is being treated by a popular doctor in the US, who feels that Rana should stay in Chicago for another 15 days. Once all his pathological reports come normal he can travel to India.
Initially it was said that Rana will return on the 1st of September. Once he is back, Rana will immediately start working on Virata Parvam.
Apart from this Rana will also start work on Gunasekhar's Hiranya Kashyapa.
