As expected, the release date of 'RRR' is going to be pushed further. The SS Rajamouli directorial, which stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan, will not release on 8th January, 2021 as scheduled and it has been confirmed by producer DVV Danayya.
The shoot of the movie has been put on hold for a couple of months due to corona virus outbreak and the Sankranthi release plans have gone for a toss. Danayya said that it will be impossible for them to release the film in January, 2021. Only 70 percent of the film's shoot has been completed and as an extensive VFX work needs to be done, the film will probably release in Summer. DVV Danayya also said that given permissions, they are ready to shoot the film with limited crew.
'RRR' is a big-budgeted historical fiction movie, which stars Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody among others. MM Keeravani is said to have been working on the BGM for the finished portions during the lock-down.
