In the wake of the devastating landslides that have ravaged Wayanad in Kerala this week, Sithara Entertainments has made a donation of Rs 5 lakh. It has done so under the name of Team Lucky Baskhar, which stars Malayalam hero Dulquer Salmaan in the lead. The donation will go to Kerala Government Disaster Relief Fund.
Expressing solidarity with the people of Kerala, the statement read, “Our hearts go out to all those affected by the tragic landslides in Wayanad. We stand united with the resilient people of God’s Own Country during these challenging times.”
'Lucky Baskhar' is up for a big release in theatres on September 7. It is going to have a major release in Kerala, where DQ is a big star.
Producer S Naga Vamsi today also announced the release date of Vijay Deverakonda's 12th movie. The film, produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, will head to theatres on March 28, 2025.
