Soundarya's death: Bizarre complaint against Mohan Babu shocks everyone

Actress Soundarya died in a plane crash in April 2004. Her untimely death in the accident shook the Telugu and Kannada film industries at that time.

Nearly 21 years later, a strange complaint has been lodged in connection with the actress' death in the accident. As per a farmer named Y Chittimallu, hers was a murder. In his police complaint lodged in the office of the Khammam District Collector, Chittimallu has claimed that Soundarya and her brother Amarnath were harassed by actor Mohan Babu to "sell six acres of land in Shamshabad". They refused to do so, he stated.

The complaint somehow implies that Mohan Babu must now be questioned.

The baseless complaint has given rise to doubts that a political conspiracy is afoot to target Mohan Babu. It's bizarre that a random fellow has come out with the shocking allegation more than two decades after the death of Soundarya.

The complaint letter has been shared widely on social media. As per RTV, Chittimallu has been on a hunger strike for the past 495 days (absolutely cartoonish to even say such a thing, though). "I am a tenant farmer. I undertook this Deeksha to bring to light the conspiracy. Mohan Babu tried to snatch Soundary's land forcibly. After her death, he occupied it illegally," Chittimallu said.

Mohan Babu has been embroiled in personal setbacks after his recent tensions with his son, Manchu Manoj. On the film front, the veteran actor awaits the release of Kannappa on April 25th. The devotional action movie is produced by him and also has a cameo by him.
