South actress Raai Lakshmi is all set to make her Bollywood debut in an erotic thriller ‘Julie 2’. The intriguing teaser of the film has recently been released and the actress is looking too hot and sexy. Her sunbath scene, the backless scene and glamorous look in the film are sure going to be the centre of the attraction for the film.
‘Julie 2’ is the sequel of 2004 ‘Julie’. The tagline of the film reads ‘The Bold, Beautiful And Blessed’. ‘Julie 2’ also stars Rati Agnihotri, Sahil Salathia, Aditya Srivastava, Ravi Kishen, Pankaj Tripathi and Nishikanth Kamat in major roles. The film which will be exposing the dark secrets of Bollywood, underworld and politics, is being directed by Deepak Shivdasani, who also directed the prequel. ‘Julie 2’ marks Raai Lakshmi’s 50th film. The actress is also said to have featured in quite a few lip-lock and intimate sequences in the film. While talking about her role to the media, the actress said, “I will be seen in 96 different outfits. I was asked to lose and then put on weight for this film. I had to lose 10-11 kilos for the first look and soon after I had to gain more than what I had to lose.” The film is not mere skin show, but there is lots of drama and emotions to showcase my acting skills. It’s a great opportunity to play such role in ‘Julie 2’,” says the actress.
The film is slated to release on October 6, 2017.
