Producer Natti Kumar has welcomed the order of the Andhra Pradesh government to bring down ticket prices in theatres. Speaking at a presser today, the producer said that it is pro-middle class.
He said, "It's being perceived that the GO was brought out to target 'Vakeel Saab'. But that's not true. Those theatres which are closed down in protest should face music. Their licenses should be revoked. I thank those exhibitors of Telangana who have said that they shouldn't be dragged into the issue. I am saying this although my film is coming out in theatres this Friday."
Producers Council Joint Secretary GV Mohan Goud said, "I thank the AP government for waiving fixed electricity charges for three months. The decision to reduce ticket prices has been taken to help the common man."
