The clip has the smuggler Pushpa Raj say that he can't be challenged. Only that he has been tamed by the UP police.
A smuggler was recently caught with logs of wood. After catching him, the UP police made the news public by using the craze surrounding 'Pushpa', in which the protagonist is a self-styled smuggler. "Goods will be found and we will also nab Pushpa," the Hindi-language message says, as translated in English.
'Pushing Pushpa Behind Bars' is the hashtag that accompanies the post. At the time of writing, the tweet garnered more than 27,000 likes.
