'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' was released in theatres in 2018. Starring Vishwak Sen, Sai Sushanth Reddy, Abhinav Gomatam and Venkatesh Kakamanu as buddies, the buddy comedy-drama had Simran Choudhary and Anisha Ambrose in other roles.
The news is that the film, which has since acquired a more respectable status in the eyes of the audience, is going to be re-released in theatres on June 29.
As against mass entertainers like 'Narasimha Naidu' and big-ticket re-releases like 'Pokiri' and 'Kushi', this one is a relatively humble release. When 'ENE' was released in theatres, it was seen as a multiplex movie by many. Tharun Bhascker of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame wielded the megaphone for it.
Tharun is currently doing a crime comedy titled 'Keedaa Cola'. This 2023 release stars Brahmanandam in a key role. On the acting front, Tharun was last year seen in 'Sita Ramam'. Recently, he acted in the Telugu-language anthology 'Anger Tales', streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar.
