Supporters of the ruling TDP, the Pawan Kalyan-led Jana Sena, and NTR actor in Andhra Pradesh received Manchu Manoj with a resounding welcome when he attended Sunday's Jallikattu festival in the Chandragiri constituency of Tirupati as a chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, Manchu Manoj spoke of the historical and cultural place of the festival in the region. He added that the Jallikattu festivities in the region are special because of the devotional element. The cattle are worshipped.
Moreover, the participation is across the board because the festival is devoid of caste and political affiliations. The actor, besides thanking the police and other authorities for conducting the festival successfully, also acknowledged the political support bases.
On the acting front, Manoj will be seen in Mirai in a key role. Teja Sajja is its hero. He is also doing Bhairavam, co-starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Nara Rohit.
