Hey Jingili from DilRuba was released today at an event. Speaking on the occasion, the makers highlighted its significance in the context of the film. Filmed on Kiran Abbavaram and his heroine, Rukshar Dhillon, the song is set to tune by Sam CS.

Speaking on the occasion, Kiran Abbavaram described DilRuba as an intense musical love story through which Saregama (the music label) is debuting in Tollywood. Quality control has gone into finalizing the content, the actor hinted. Kiran also appreciated Sam CS and others associated with Hey Jingili for putting in great efforts. Kiran said that the action scenes, choreographed by Pruthvi Master, are solid. DilRuba is free of forced elements, Kiran suggested.

Director Viswa Karun thanked lyricist Bhaskara Batla for coming up with lines that "perfectly capture the intended emotions". He described the tune as brilliant. "The tune was ready in no time. When you fall in love, you feel like a king. That's the feeling this song incorporates," the director said.

The lyricist said that the tune was immediately okayed by everyone. He hoped that Hey Jingili plays a role in making DilRuba a success story. "Rukshar is glamorous. The choreography is fab. Kiran is like my brother; I have worked with him since SR Kalyanamandapam," Bhaskara Bhatla added.

Dance choreographer Eshwar Penti said that Kiran's dance moves in the song are classy, befitting his urbane character. He thanked the lyricist and the composer.

Producer Ravi said that DilRuba may not be a pan-Indian movie but its making values are very much so.

Rukshar Dhillon said that her character is significant in the context of the story. She drew a parallel between the film's release date (March 14) and the Festival of Colours, Holi. The actress is confident that the scenes involving her and the KA actor will thoroughly click with the audience.

DilRuba will head to theatres on March 14.
