D For Dopidi is getting ready to Un-Valentine this Valentine’s Day!
Coming from the makers of the highly acclaimed Hindi film, 'Shor In The City', Telugu natives Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s first Telugu production, 'D For Dopidi', is aiming to release on Valentine’s Day this February!
Laughter and entertainment are guaranteed in this crime comedy about four youngsters who decide to rob a bank. Unfortunately for them, there is more in store than their hare-brained plan! Directed by Siraj Kalla, this comedy of errors is the perfect watch for this Valentine’s Day.
With mischievous, foot-tapping music by Mahesh Shankar (of Prasthanam and Vennela fame), and some amazingly unique numbers from the very popular Bollywood music composers Sachin-Jigar (who composed songs like Saibo from Shor In The City, Chaar baj gaye from Faltu), the movie stars Varun Sandesh, Sundeep Kishan, Melanie Kannokada, and a fantastic ensemble cast headed by Tanikella Bharani.
The makers of the film are planning an innovative ‘Un-Valentine Day’ campaign for 'D For Dopidi', which is set to roll out soon. They want to emphasize on clean wholesome entertainment as the best option for Valentine’s Day.
“Valentine’s Day does not mean you 'have' to watch love stories. Why not watch a fun, entertaining film instead?” says director Siraj.
