Nagarjuna and Nayantara’s upcoming movie which is being diected by Dasarath and produced by D Siva Prasad Reddy under Kamakshi Movies banner has been titled as ‘Greeku Veerudu’. On this occasion producer D Siva Prasad Reddy said, “We have confirmed the title ‘Greeku Veerudu’ for this film since it’s aptly suitable to our subject as well as Nagarjuna’s image. 90% of the shooting has been completed so far. Right now we are in the last shooting schedule which is taking place in Hyderabad. Dasarath, who provided a super hit movie like ‘Santhosham’, is shaping up this film also as a good family entertainer. All elements expected by the audience and Nagarjuna’s fans are being included in this film.”
Director Dasarath said, “The story revolves around an NRI who comes from America for the first time to India. The rest of the story is about his new experiences in India. My wish to work under Siva Prasad Reddy’s banner is being fulfilled through this film. ‘Greeku Veerudu’ is a good family entertainer in lines with ‘Santosham’ and ‘Manmathudu’. I’m very happy to work with Nagarjuna once again after ‘Santhosham’. He is sporting a new look in this film that has an interesting story.”
