‘Weekend Love’, Thota Madhu is producing this youthful movie under the banner ‘Dristi Entertainments’. Aadith and Supriya Shailaja are playing the lead roles. ‘Real star’ Late Srihari has done a very key role in this film which is directed by Nagu Garava. The shooting of the film is completed and censor work is nearing completion. The film will be released in the first or second week of August. To provide the updates on the progress of the film, the unit has arranged a press meet on Saturday at Prasad’s lab in Hyderabad.
On this occasion, Producer Madhu Thota said, “We have got a wonderful team. The shooting is completed and the film will complete the censor works as early as possible and will hit the screens in the first or second week of August.”
Prominent Producer BA Raju said, “Nagu is a very talented director and Srihari gave this opportunity trusting him. It is very sad that Srihari is not with us now. I wish that the film which is releasing in August will be successful.”
“I stepped into the industry as a media person. We made this film such a way that every media person, after watching this film will say that it is wonderful. I feel that this is a great opportunity to prove myself as a good director. The first copy of the film is ready. It would have been wonderfull if Srihari garu is with us now. This film is made with IT as backdrop. 26 artists worked in the film, each and every character has a prominent role to play. Our film will be very different from the routine stories”, said the Director Nagu.
Hero Aadith said, “On the same stage, Late Srihari garu during his birthday celebrations, said that this film will become a big hit and now after watching the film, I came to know why he said like that. These days small films are becoming big hits and our film too will continue the trend. Nagu will settle as a big director. Expecting a clean U certificate from censor board.”
“Till now, in all the movies, I acted as a friend of the hero or the villain, but in this for the first time I acted as a software engineer”, said Prabhas Srinu.
MS Narayana, Krishna Bhagavan, CVL Narasimha, Srinivas Reddy, Subash, Dhanraj, Tagubothu Ramesh, Apoorva and many other are part of this film.
