Rajeev Saluri and Yami Bhaskar as hero and heroine respectively, a new film titled ‘Titanic’ is being made under Kanna Cine Productions. ‘Antarvedi to Amalapuram’ is the tagline. The film was formally launched on Wednesday, i.e. on November 18 at Rajahmundry. K Srinivasa Rao is producing this film with G Raja Vamsi as director. Rajahmundry corporate Madapaka Vijaya Lakshmi lighted the lamp. Rajahmundry rural MLA Buchayya Chowdary sounded the clap board, while Rajahmundry mayor Pantam Rajini Seshasai switched on the camera for the muhurat shot and Madapaka Vijaya Lakshmi directed it.
Speaking at the film launch function, co-producer Atturi Suresh Babu said, “’Titanic’ is a full-fledged family and comedy entertainer. It is the story that goes on in a ferry called Titanic from Antarvedi to Amalapuram set against the backdrop of Godavari River. The film goes on in a comedy mode with wedding tour. Thirty Years Industry Prudhvi is playing bridegroom, while Rajeev Saluri is the hero. Raghu Babu is playing the villain. Jabardasth team comedy will stand out as big plus to the film. Regular shooting will start from today and the shooting will takes place for 35 days. We are planning to release the film for Sankranti, i.e. on January 14. Raja Vamsi is handling the direction department, while Vinod Yajamanya is scoring the music for this family entertainer.”
Prudhvi, Raghu Babu and Kadambari and some others are part of the film.
