ass hero Vishal and Sri Divya starrer mass entertainer 'Rayudu' which was already released in Tamil on May 20 has got good openings with super hit talk and it is all set to hit Telugu screens on May 27. The film which is directed by Muthaiah is being brought to the Telugu audience by renowned distributer G Hari under Hari Venkateswara Pictures banner with Vishal as presenter. Interesting thing is that Velraj, who directed a super hit film 'Raghuvaran Btech' with Dhanush as hero, has handled the cinematography department.
Hari Venkateswara Pictures banner head G Hari said, "The film 'Rayudu' which was already released in Tamil on May 20 has got good openings with super hit talk and it is creating records in Vishal's career with highest openings. We have decided to release the film on May 27. Recently released audio has got tremendous response. I am extremely confident that the film will become big success in Telugu too."
Hero Vishal said, "The film depicts the war between load man and local politician. Tamil version is set in the backdrop of Madhurai, whereas it will be like Raptadu village in Anantapur district in Telugu version. 'Rayudu' which was made as an out and out mass entertainer, became big hit in Tamil. We are very confident that it will become big hit in Telugu as well."
Mass Hero Vishal, Sri Divya, Radha Ravi, Suri and RK Suresh and some others are part of the film.
