Bangaramma, a young girl has been suffering from bone cancer and doctors have removed one of her legs as part of treatment. She has secured 8.5 grade in 10th class. A guy named Ramu from Pendurthi village stood as support for her after knowing about the condition of that girl. The girl, who is a huge fan of Sai Dharam Tej got to know that Sai Dharam Tej is the city and wished to meet the actor.
The actor was in the Visakhapatnam airport to return to Hyderabad. After knowing this, Sai Dharam Tej responded positively and with the help of fans made arrangement such that she can meet him at Visakhapatnam airport. The girl was happy seeing Sai Dharam Tej. The actor inquired about the health condition of the girl with her relatives. The actor appreciated Ramu who is helping her. Sai Dharam Tej wished her a speedy recovery.
