Prabhas' epic 3D film 'Adipurush' will release on 11 August 2022. There is no change in its release date in the light of several Bollywood films announcing release dates in the past two days.
The film will see a clash with Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan'. To be sure, it is not a huge clash at all. 'Adipurush' will easily trounce its competitor at the box office, considering that it is going to be one of the biggest films of 2022.
The film is produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages, the mythological has Kriti Sanon playing Sita.
The film was shot in Summer during the second wave as well. It's on track to complete its shoot and post-production works in time. Saif Ali Khan is playing Ravana.
