'Pokkili', produced by VRGR Movies, is directed by Mahesh Gangimalla. The Telangana-based village drama has almost completed its shoot. Its title announcement poster was unveiled on Monday at the hands of star director Sukumar.
Speaking on the occasion, Sukumar said that the concept-driven film needs to be encouraged. He wished the director and the banner all the best.
'Pokkili' will complete its shoot with the shoot of its climax and two songs. Cinematographer Jayapal Reddy Nimmala's visuals are said to be a key highlight. "The production values are rich," said producer Gongati Veeranjaneya Naidu. A raw and realistic drama, the film features Netra, Shreyas Battoju, Sudheer Sharma, Sai Raghavendra, and Pradyumna.
'Kalakeya' Prabhakar has a key role. Ramana Chukkapalli and others are part of the cast. The stunts have been done by 'Goldfish' Rajkumar. Editing is by Venkata Prabhu.
