In a recent chit-chat, Rashmika Mandanna revealed why she is a Thalapathy Vijay fangirl. She said that 'Ghilli' (Tamil) was the first film she ever watched on the big screen.
"The reason I love him so much is because he is the first actor I watched on the big screen," the actress said.
Rashmika committed a gaffe when she said that 'Ghilli' was a remake of 'Pokiri'. It was a remake of 'Okkadu'. Correcting herself today on social media, the 'Pushpa 2' actress wrote, "Sorry sorry my bad. But I love all of their movies so it's ok."
Rashmika will next be seen in The Girlfriend, whose Tease was recently released. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, it is jointly produced by Geetha Arts, Mass Movie Makers, and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment. Her Hindi film, 'Chhaava', will head to theatres on February 14 next year. The star heroine recently hinted that she is in a relationship with actor Vijay Deverakonda.
