Veteran cinema writer Thota Prasad is known for many hits. In the late 2000s, he got to work with Prabhas on Billa. In 2010, Prasad was hospitalized briefly due to an ailment. In his latest interview, the writer shared an anecdote involving the Baahubali actor.
"Around the time I was hospitalized, Prabhas unfortunately lost his father. Despite his personal loss, he made it a point to ensure that help reached me while I was being treated at the hospital. Father's loss is no small thing. Yet, Prabhas was so kind-hearted that he reached out to me in my hour of crisis," Thota Prasad said.
The scenes featuring Prabhas as Rudra in the film Kannappa, starring Manchu Vishnu, have been written by Thota Prasad. "I feel fortunate to have got this opportunity to work with Prabhas once again," he said.
Prabhas awaits the re-release of Salaar on March 21st. The Prashanth Neel-directed movie is produced by Hombale Films.
