R Narayana Murthy is presently directing and producing a film titled ‘People’s War’ with
Srihari as hero and Tanvi as heroine. This film was launched on Friday at Palasapuram in Srikakulam district.
R Narayanamurthy said, “The story is on the backdrop of Sompeta thermal agitation. We have launched the film in the village where the agitator Gunna Joga Rao who died in police firings was born. After 23 films, for the first time I’m making a film with another hero. We are going to release this film on May 1st. I consider it as my responsibility to make this film for the good cause of the society.”
Sri Hari said, “I like Narayana Murthy a lot. I’ve been trying to act in his films for the past 8 years. I’m very happy that my wish has finally come true.”
Other artists in the film are Posani Krishna Murali, Kondavalasa, Telangana Sakuntala, Delhi Rajeswari, etc.
