A biopic on Karnam Malleswari, the first Indian woman to win a medal at the Olympics, is going to be made soon. The Pan-Indian movie, which is going to be released in multiple languages, has been announced today on the occasion of the legendary weightlifter's birthday.
Sanjana Reddy will direct this biopic, which will be produced by Kona Venkat and MVV Satyanarayana under Kona Film Corporation (KFC) and MVV Cinema banners. Kona Venkat has also penned the script for this movie.
Karnam Malleswari certainly deserves a biopic and more details about the cast and crew will be announced soon.
