Mythri Movie Makers' distribution arm is going to release the Ajay-starrer 'Chakravyuham: The Trap' on June 2. Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are gung-ho about the crime thriller.
At an event held today, the core team espoused confidence in the film's commercial viability. Ajay said that the murder mystery has been treated smartly by director Chetkuri Madhusudhan.
The director thanked Superstar Krishna, who released the first look of the film months before his demise. Sai Dharam Tej, the 'Virupaksha' actor, was also thanked for supporting the film's trailer.
The makers described the story of 'Chakravyuham' as an intriguing one. "Our film's trailer is a massive hit on YouTube," they added. The screenplay is "gripping", they assured.
Bharat Manchiraju (music), GV Ajay (cinematography), Jesswin Prabhu (editing), and Robin Subbu (fights) have worked on the film. Co-starring Gnaneswari, Vivek Trivedi, Urvashi Pardeshi, Pragya Nayan, Shubalekha Sudhakar, Rajeev Kanakala, Priya, Srikanth Iyyangar, Kireeti, and others, the film will be released prominently in the Telugu States.
