Thala, helmed by Amma Rajasekhar, is going to head to theatres on February 14 in Telugu and Tamil. Starring Amma Raagin Raj and Ankitha Nansar as the lead pair, the film's promotions are ongoing.

Ahead of the film's theatrical release, a song titled Prema Kuttindante is out. Enriched with the energetic vocals of Bigg Boss fame Bhole Shawali, this one is on the dot. Composer Dharma Teja lets comedian Mukku Avinash's character go on a gyan-giving spree. The song is lyrically about what unexpected headaches one must go through in love. It's hilarious. "The song describes the expenses and difficulties that come with love making it highly relatable for today’s youth. The finishing touch where the character asks about love is a parting shot," the makers said.

The film has been locked for a Valentine's Day release because it tells the story of a 'Violent Valentine'. Music director Dharma Teja recently said that the film is naturalistic. He also lauded Raagin Raj's performance in Thala.

Amma Rajasekhar has worked with able technicians like Shyam K Naidu, the cinematographer. He is gung-ho about introducing his beloved son as the male lead. Thala also features Rohit, Satyam Rajesh, Ajay, Rajeev Kanakala, Indraja, and Shravan. Aslam Keyi has composed the BGM.
