Giri Babu and Jr Relangi in the title roles and Bob and Bindu Barbie as the lead pair, ‘Varma vs Sharma’ is being made under the banner Palindrome Pictures. The film has completed the final schedule recently and presently post-production works are in progress. Meanwhile, the first look of the film has been launched on the occasion of Ugadi’.
On this occasion, director Vijay said, “The film was canned at the delightful locations in Godavari districts. ‘Varma vs Sharma’ is set in the backdrop of superstitions with comedy as the main element. It has satirical comedy like in ‘Gopala Gopala’ and ‘PK’. Giri Babu played Varma, while Jr Relangi played Sharma. They have added enough comedy with their roles. Hero has belief in his own theory and the way he tries for the superstitions will leave audience in splits. Ramana Rathod’s music will take the film to the next level.”
Producer Phani Durga Prasad said, “Presently post-production works are in progress. Audience can expect 100% comedy from ‘Varma vs Sharma’. We are planning to release the audio soon.”
Deekshithulu, Ramana, Addakarla, Babulu, Udaya Bhanu, Tirupati Rao, Ajay, Sriram, Vasu, Bullabbai, Bharathi, Lalitha and Lakshmi and some others are part of the film.
